Have Something To Look Forward To

Plan, write, dream, connect. Having something to look forward to is one of the biggest motivators to daily pursue happy, healthy endeavors. Whether it be a dinner with friends, a weekend getaway or just taking a step out of your routine for a bit will be a time of refreshment and rejuvenation in your day to day.

There are so many events, places and people to see and enjoy- ask friends for recommendations, check facebook for events, get on your community page or find a getaway a few hours away. You don’t have to spend a ton of money or time- you just have to make intentional time to be adventurous, take your friends or family along and be ready to roll with the punches. I promise it is worth it. Plan something to look forward to, relish in that event, reflect on what you liked/learned/can apply to your future and then….plan something else!
